A resilient and sustainable organization: Let's measure it to make it happen!

We are honored and excited to share that our Quintaum diagnostic tool has been featured in a recent article by Združenje Manager, on the importance of measuring organizational health for sustainable leadership and growth.

Together with Združenje Manager we are giving 10 companies the opportunity to participate in the research and measure their employees' motivation, EX, performance, passion for work, their capacity for change, and more. By measuring these factors, we believe we can create a healthy and stimulating workplace for highly skilled talent and contribute to more success stories in Slovenia. We are proud to be part of this initiative to support the advancement of Slovenian managers toward higher competitiveness and sustainable value creation.

About Quintaum: In collaboration with renowned experts and academics from prominent institutions like Harvard Business SchoolUniversity of Ljubljana, School of Economics and Business, and Jozef Stefan Institute, we completed a decade-long development of the Healthy Future-ready Organisation Diagnostic, which examines and predicts the resiliency of organizations and sustainability of leadership based on a single employee questionnaire, highlighting over 180 indicators and risks. In the article, you can read about the recent experiences successful managers had with Quintaum directly from Edita Krajnovic from Mediade d. o. o., Jana Repansek from CEF (Center of Excellence in Finance), and Jasna Dominko Baloh from DOBA Business School.

If you're a manager or owner of a Slovenian company, this is a unique opportunity to assess the performance, well-being, and development of your employees and take the next steps in your organization's growth. To participate, nominate a coordinator from your organization, write to info@zdruzenje-manager.siand join us in this initiative to inspire sustainable leadership of healthy organizations.
