Quintaum offers holistic diagnostics and »multi-modal« insights into several vital areas in the shortest time and in the most effective way with a one-only employee survey that takes on average 30 – 45 minutes.

  • Quintaum is more than a classic HRM diagnostic tool. It provides a holistic and transdisciplinary view over vital business areas such as risks and indicators of employee experience, well-being, mental health, people management, performance management, leadership development, growth culture, ability to adapt, and transformation capability. With this approach, HR becomes an essential partner in the boardroom.

  • One of our core values is sincere care for the people - for employees. Therefore, we do not only follow Responsible AI requirements, such as fairness, transparency, explainability, human-centeredness, and privacy and security, but we also have a very cautious approach in AI deployment. We use AI as a tool for analyzing complex relationships, correlations, and patterns to be able to encapsulate multiple research-based methodologies into a one-only survey.

  • From onboarding to the final report, the whole process of diagnostic takes on average 2-6 weeks, while the Quintaum survey takes only about 30-45 minutes. All participants receive their Personal Reports 48 hours after the end of their designated survey period, and decision-makers receive their first dashboards only five days after the survey period ends.
