Our story is hidden in Quintaum name. The word “quintessential” represents the most perfect, the superior. The term “AUM” refers to the “Assets Under Management” in finance and in Hindu “AUM” represents the sound of infinitive and of the entire Universe. To reach this state you need to balance Earth, Air, Fire and Water and a putative fifth element – “quinta essentia”, that was believed to be superior, and so, “quintessential.”

In other words, Quintaum means that the superior, the best, the quintessential asset of all and any organizations, communities and nations are – The People.

The Questionnaire

Each employee takes a 30-minute, multi-dimensional survey, while Management shortly assess each employee.

The Scan

The survey and assessment function like a scanner that use responses to measure over 210 indicators called Pulses and Signals.

The Analysis

Machine-learning and our proprietary algorithm analyzes the data and transform them into people metrices and indexes.

The Interpretation

Each employee receives a report that shows their position on 5 major Pulses: Well-being & Personal energy, Life balance, Life happiness, Career, and Stress.

The Dashboards

Company-wide results are filtered through easy-to-read Management Dashboards that provide at-a-glance insight into the various Pulses and Signals of their organization. Reports can be further segmented per departments or units.
